We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, you must install our effects that you received it, show us proof that you have installed them if they are not working, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
After the 30-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
